Terms and Conditions for Uploading Content to the Sequelcare Portal

By using Our system and uploading any content, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully before proceeding:

1. User's Responsibility: Any and all content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and other materials, that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through Our system, is entirely your responsibility. This includes any consequences, legal or otherwise, that may arise from the use of such content

2. Ownership of Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Our system. However, by uploading content, you grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and otherwise exploit the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving Our services.

3. Lawful Content Only: You must ensure that any content you upload complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or consents for the use of third-party materials included in your uploads.

4. No Liability for Uploaded Content: We shall not be liable for any content uploaded by users. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of any user-uploaded content. Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity and reliability of such content.

5. Moderation and Removal: While We may, at Our discretion, moderate or review user-uploaded content, we do not guarantee that all content will be monitored or removed promptly. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates Our terms of service or is deemed objectionable.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peloton Health, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the system or any content you upload.

7. No Warranty: Peloton Health disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the system, its services, and user-uploaded content. We do not warrant that the system will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
